
Walking the stone paths of Pienza in Tuscany, Bonnie found this shimmering combination of nuts in honey in a faceted jar perched on a glass shelf in one of the many cheese stores. She thinks her version is a good match.
This ambrosia mix of nuts and honey is a delicious addition to a cheese platter with pecorino cheese or a creamy Cashel blue.
